These terms cover truo.com.au, which is run by NTWRK Pty Ltd (ABN 59 619 107 336) of 1/101 Moray Street, South Melbourne VIC 3205. Truo is in early access: this site describes the product and its launch pricing, and takes registrations of interest. The product is not live yet, so these terms stay short, and fuller subscription terms will come with the product itself.
What this site is
Information about Truo, the pricing it will launch with, and a waitlist you can join. Joining the waitlist is free. It does not create a subscription, a contract for the future product, or a guarantee of access. It means we will send you a confirmation email, a short welcome, and the invitation when early access opens. Every one of them has a one-click unsubscribe.
Pricing
These are Truo's planned launch prices, not a current offer: Household at $14.95 a month or $149 a year. Prices are in Australian dollars and include GST, and we will confirm them again before you are ever charged. The plan will start with a 30-day free trial with no credit card, and there is no free tier. Connecting bank accounts is never charged for. We do not collect payment details today.
Not financial advice
Truo is a data connector: it gives you and the AI assistant you choose access to your own records, and it gives no advice of its own. Truo holds no Australian financial services licence and never recommends products. Nothing on this site is financial product advice; the information here is general and does not consider your objectives, financial situation or needs. For advice tailored to you, speak to an appropriately licensed professional. What you ask your own assistant is your business, and what it says is governed by your agreement with its maker, not by Truo.
Not an offer, and not accredited
Nothing on this site is an offer of a financial product or service. Truo is not an accredited data recipient under the Consumer Data Right. When the product is live, your bank data reaches Truo through openfeed, an accredited data recipient (ADR000204), with your consent. The CDR Rules do not specifically provide for this kind of sharing; it relies on published ACCC guidance about consumers sharing their own data with third parties they choose. Once it is with Truo it is held under the Privacy Act and our privacy policy rather than the CDR's privacy safeguards. We say this plainly rather than imply an accreditation we do not hold.
Your part
Use the site lawfully. Sign up with your own email address, not someone else's. Do not attack the site, scrape it, or abuse the signup forms. That is the whole list.
Our content
The Truo name, the condor mark and the content of this site belong to NTWRK Pty Ltd. You are welcome to read, share and link to it. Please do not copy it at scale or pass it off as your own.
Third parties
Truo is designed to work with Claude and ChatGPT. Their names and marks belong to their owners, and neither is affiliated with Truo nor has endorsed it.
Liability
This site is provided as is while Truo is pre-launch. Nothing in these terms excludes any consumer guarantee or other right you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded. Beyond that, and to the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this site or reliance on pre-launch information.
Privacy
How we handle your details is covered in our privacy policy. It is short and written to be read.
Changes
We may update these terms as Truo moves toward launch. When we do, we will update this page and the date at the top, and if a change is significant and you are on the waitlist, we will tell you by email.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and any dispute belongs in the courts of Victoria.
